- Producing red phosphorus, phosphorus acid, phosphorus trichloride, phosphorus oxytrichloride, phosphorus pentoxide and phosphorus pentasulfide
- Making organon – phosphorus agriculture pesticides and toxin mouse agentss – Making incendiary (napalm) bombs, smoke bombs and signal flare for national defence
- Processing in agriculture mechanics, light industry and foodstuff industry as an important chemical raw material.

5. Safe warning
Restrict your phosphor contact when necessary:
- Never contact phosphor directly; you should use dedicated pliers to pick out phosphor and a hoe and a shovel to collect it.
Personal safety facilities when working:
- Eye protection: Wear white – colour goggles when in need.
- Body protection: Use anti-fire labour protective clothing and equipment such as hard plastic helmets, gauze masks or anti-poison face masks, leather and fire resistant clothes.
- Hand protection: Rubber gloves, leather and fire resistant gloves.
- Foot protection: rubber boots, leather shoes.
Protection facilities in case of troubleshooting:
- Flame retardant and anti-acid clothing, leather shoes, leather gloves, poison resistant gauze or face masks, oxygen tanks, head helmets.
Hygienic measures:
- Take a good wash and/or shower after handling phosphor. Do not eat while working, do not bring labor protective clothing and equipment home
